Like hundreds of millions of pet owners around the world, we view our "furry children" as cherished family members. They have their own names, and as we navigate the passage of time, they walk by our side, helping us experience the strength and beauty of life. Yet, in the constant juggle between work and daily life, we often face difficult dilemmas and regrets: demanding jobs and frequent business trips mean we cannot always be there for our pets. Leaving them home alone naturally sparks worry—are they eating on time? Do they have access to fresh water? Are they feeling lonely or anxious? We want them to stay by our side for as long as possible...

I have loved animals since I was a child, and my entire family shares this passion. My grandfather kept birds, my father loved dogs, and my mother was absolutely devoted to cats—in fact, we had more animals in our home than human family members!

In 2015, a friend gifted me a puppy. I named her "Kela"—a name that embodies the ideas of being adorable and providing companionship! I brought her home, initially believing that simply keeping her well-fed and watered was the full extent of the love I could offer. Every weekend, I would take her to the park to play to her heart’s content. We shared countless wonderful moments over the course of 16 years—16 full cycles of seasons. Whenever I traveled back to my hometown, even though the airfare was steep, I would always pay for a premium pet-transport ticket with comprehensive insurance just to ensure she could come along. Then, in June 2019, she stopped eating for four days straight. I rushed her to the hospital, only to discover that my demanding work schedule—leaving early and returning late—had led to irregular feeding times and a lack of companionship. She had become malnourished and depressed. Despite spending a fortune on medical treatment, there was nothing more that could be done; she passed away, having been by my side for exactly 4 years, 3 months, and 9 days.

The grief was profound—losing her was even more painful than breaking up with a girlfriend I had been with for eight years. It took me an entire year to heal. I would often return to that same patch of grass, searching for the warmth and the fleeting moments we once shared. I knew that my sorrow couldn't bring her back, but I felt compelled to take action—to ensure that the next "Kela" (my pet) wouldn't have to leave this beautiful world too soon due to inadequate care. I also wanted to provide real value to other families who share their lives with pets. After two years of in-depth research, study, and consultations with 1,000 pet owners, I realized that traditional, manual methods of feeding and care are no longer suited to the fast-paced lifestyle of modern families. Most existing resources treat all animals as a homogeneous group—a notion that anyone who has ever owned a pet knows is simply not true. Pets are our greatest emotional anchors and our most loyal companions; we want nothing more than for them to be healthy, happy, and to stay by our sides for as long as possible. Driven by this deep love and a commitment to the philosophy of "precise care," I decided I had to do something—and so, I founded the brand: Hello, AiPet!

In 2019, I spent three full years immersing myself in the lives of many families. I captured countless beautiful moments, but I also witnessed the full spectrum of human and animal experiences—the joys, the sorrows, the reunions, and the partings. Drawing on insights from industry experts and the wealth of knowledge we gathered, we compiled a comprehensive guide—spanning over 10,000 words—on how to provide better care, precise attention, and enhanced safety for pets. To bring this vision to life, I assembled an experienced R&D and design team focused on smart pet hardware and software. Our goal is to usher in an era of AI-powered pet care, helping to extend the lives of our "furry children" so they can remain healthy and by our sides for as long as possible, creating a longer, more beautiful journey together. Centered on natural pet behaviors and everyday home life, we have integrated smart sensing, automated control, and remote interaction technologies to develop a comprehensive suite of intelligent pet devices. We are committed to building an integrated smart pet ecosystem. While ensuring an efficient and convenient experience for pet owners, we prioritize the physical comfort and psychological well-being of the pets themselves. We strive to balance cutting-edge technology with a human touch, ensuring that every smart device serves as a reliable, silent guardian for your pet. We strictly adhere to international safety standards and human-centric design principles—stripping away unnecessary features to focus on stable performance and a user-friendly experience. Every product undergoes rigorous testing and optimization to meet a wide range of needs.

Technology is a tool, but love is the foundation. We aim to use smart technology to bridge distances, ensuring that every pet receives consistent, thoughtful care every single day, and that no pet owner’s love is left with regrets.

We began with a simple belief: technology should not only serve humanity but also enhance the well-being of pets and contribute positively to society. To this end, we donate 2% of the proceeds from every order directly to the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA) to support their vital work in protecting animals and helping them find safe, loving homes. An additional 2% is directed to animal shelters through our "Support the Shelters" initiative—allowing organizations to apply for funding and resources to continue caring for the animals that need it most. Ultimately, I am building this with heart, grounded in the belief that love, patience, and a deeper understanding lead to a better life—both for pets and for the people who care for them.
